1What areas do you service?
We service the Greater Houston Area and travel beyond the area for projects at the client's request and cost.
2Do you charge for your initial walk-through?
Our initial phone call with a potential client is a discussion about what they are looking for and what the walk-through may require. We charge $150 for a one-hour walk through. The walk-throughs almost always include discussions about design and remodeling, and we give the home or business owner helpful information and suggestions during that time. The cost of the first meeting will be applied to the cost of the job, if we move forward on an interior design project.
3Do you offer design consultations for someone who wants to make a few high-impact changes but is not looking to acquire full-service design?
Yes. Our initial walk-through is one hour for $150, and during that time we give design advice and suggestions on how to best move forward with your project. We also offer a two-hour consultation for $250. If you need more time, we can discuss next steps during the initial consultation.
4Are you able to do custom design projects of any kind?
We love creating custom (one-of-a-kind) pieces for clients and we present custom ideas during our design projects whenever possible. If you are looking for a single piece or something that is not a part of a larger project, we can discuss ideas.
5Are you able to work with our current general contractor, builder or architect?
We have direct experience in turn-key remodeling and construction projects, so we will work very well with your current contractor(s). Communication between all parties (when necessary) is important so that the project runs as smoothly as possible.
6Will you meet with E-Design clients if they request it?
Our E-Design services are digital services, so we do not meet the client during our E-Design projects. If the client wants to set up a face to face meeting or needs more assistance than our E-Design services provide, we will discuss how to work with them to accommodate their needs.
7Do you offer rush services?
This is all dependent on what is to be rushed and the time frame needed. We are always happy to discuss it with the client and see what their particular needs are.
